Quello dei Gotham Independent Film Awards è un appuntamento cinematografico annuale molto atteso, tra i primi a segnare la rotta verso la grande stagione dei premi internazionali. Con la sua prima edizione nel 1991, con il nome che deriva dal soprannome dato alla città di New York dallo scrittore americano Washington Irving, inizialmente i premi vennero destinati a quelli prodotti negli Stati Uniti nord-orientali, per poi ampliarsi nel corso degli anni.
Il 2025 è l’anno della sua 35a edizione, guidata a livello di nomination da Una battaglia dopo l’altra di Paul Thomas Anderson, con il record di 6 candidature. Ecco tutti i vincitori dei Gotham Independent Film Awards 2025.
